About me:

My name is Susan Moore, and I am about to begin my 28th year teaching 3rd grade.  I was born and raised in Clinton and I am a Clinton High School graduate.  I attended SWOSU @Weatherford, and hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's in Elementary Education.

My husband is employed by First Bank and Trust Co. in Clinton, and we are blessed with two daughters and a son.  I'm priviledged to be able to teach with my oldest daughter here at Southwest, Sumner Hernandez.  My other daughter, Addie Acosta teaches Special Education at Washington Elementary and the Clinton Middle School.  My son, Korbet lives in Tulsa where he is employed in the financial field.

Other family members I'm really proud of are my 5 grandchildren, Audrie, a Freshman at SWOSU, Sutton, a 7th grader, Scout, a 6th grader, Sawyer, a 2nd grader, and our newest grandson Sevy, who is 1. 

I enjoy spending time with my family.  I attend Broadway Heights Baptist Church, where I teach Sunday School and play the organ.  I’m looking forward to an exciting year!
